Vintage 1940s Authentic Pheasant Bird Green Iridescent Feather Fitted Style Hat

This is the ultimate accessory to class up your vintage hat collection and it is absolutely stunning! She has been well-preserved, and is in excellent condition for her age! In the light, you can see the feathers take on a greenish hue, and the front accent plume feathers cascade across the forehead to behind the ear. The plume has a magnificent spotted feature. It's simply elegant! The interior is lined. and in perfect condition. The interior label reads. " Specially Handmade and Designed by Ira Mae Barrow". Ira is believed to be a resident in Akron, Ohio, and a very talented hat designer. This hat measures 22"-23" in circumference.
