Vintage 1960s Psychedelic Flower Power Helen Rose Ruffled Bright Floral Couture

This is a work of art! This incredible dress is a conversation piece! A true, historical treasure! She is layered with a clean and crisp inner lining that feels like satin. The exterior layer is a cotton/gauze material, possibly a soft barkcloth, and the ruffles are a nylon/Chiffon material. There is a lot of detail in this dress! She has all of her clasps and buttons, and appears to be unworn. She was stored away very carefully! There are no flaws or call outs to note. She is perfection! 

Her measurements are as follows: 
Pit to pit (flat measurement): 17.5" (35 Bust) plus darting (best for A or B cup)
Waist: 13"
Hips: 21"
Length: 54"
Shoulder to Empire Waist: 13"
Shoulder to Shoulder: 13.5"
Arm Length: 19.5" (plus 3" with ruffle)
