This is a beautiful piece to add to your mid-century Italian glass collection! This piece was stored away for many years, and has only recently been out of a box. There are a couple of mild flea bites on the underside of the piece as I tried to capture in the photos, but it does not take away from the beauty of this piece. Otherwise, there are no obvious chips or cracks. It measures 5.25¨ tall and 5¨ wide. It is well made, and has some weight to it. Research does not show another one like it! It could be used as a paperweight or a catch-all, but it definitely deserves to be seen! *Please be aware that glass pieces will need to adjust to extreme temperature changes. Please allow the package to sit for at least 24 hours before opening if the package has traveled through extreme weather.* Please note that my vintage finds are carefully selected from estate sales, antique vendors, garage sales, private sales, and thrift stores. I do my best to inspect each item and let the buyer know of any imperfections. Vintage items are rescued by Travel Through Time Thrift to prevent good items from going into a landfill.
