1960s Dayglo Brocade Barkcloth Flower Power Puff Sleeve Floral Maxi Dress Gown

Amazing! Does not appear to have been worn at all, and is a handmade dress! No tag. She is a bright and vibrant! She has not been laundered or treated and appears clean overall, with the exception of a small miniscule spot on the white, dogear collar. I do not see any obvious rips or tears.
